Storyboardart.org User Agreement Welcome to the StoryboardArt.org forums. It is our goal to maintain a level of professionalism as well as provide a place for artist in our field to network. To achieve this we have outlined rules that need to be observed by all users of Storyboardart.org. Those who wish to not abide by these rules will be handled appropriately by Storyboardart.org Staff. You agree, by consenting to this form, to the terms and conditions outlined here. Anyone found in violation of the terms of this agrement may be subject to banning from the website and forfeiture of payment. VIP Membership As a VIP member and your subscription payment, you are entitled to the following benefits: * 10% all merchandise and books in our store. * 10% off Classes and webinars. * Download and listen to full podcasts interviews. * See exclusive instructional content videos at your leisure. * Invitation to our annual Storyboardart.org networking party. Your membership is effective on the date of registration and receipt of payment in full. Membership expires 365 days from date of registration and may be renewed on or before the expiration date. Storyboardart.org maintains strict confidentiality on all personal, user, and payment information. Your information will never be sold to third party advertisers or revealed to any other party without your consent. Membership rules and benefits are subject to change. Thirty (30) day written notice will be given for any membership or rule change. Forum and Blog Post Rules You agree as outlined in these terms and conditions, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually-oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are prohibited to this forum. Piracy Any distribution of "warez", "cracks", "keygens", "torrents" is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of copyrighted material may result in banning from Storyboardart.org. Post Guidelines * Before you start a topic, perform a search to see if the question or topic you wish to create has been made before. * Duplicate topics will be removed. * Off topic posts may be removed. * Posting user personal information without the proper consent is forbidden. Warnings, Suspensions & Bans * Violation of rules or disruptions in the forum will be dealt with as follows: * First time offenders will be issued a single warning and an explanation. For continued violations the member may be issued more warnings and may be subject to suspension or permanent banning and forfeiture of payment. * All actions are decided by staff only, and once made are not open to public debate. * After suspension or banning, anyone caught re-registering for Storyboardart.org under an alias will be banned.
