Producer Jon Landau updates MTV Splash Page on James Cameron’s take on Yukito Kishiro’s manga “Battle Angel Alita.” Beloved by many, “Alita” follows the journey of a female cyborg through a sci-fi world.

MTV Splash page also reports on David Fincher’s hands-on approach to an animated film of “The Goon” as well as updates on Jon Favreau’s vision of “Iron Man 2.”

It looks like things are looking great for comic book movies!
